Use of the site, quotes and bookings
The content of this site (texts, images, logos, project photos) belongs to HT Solutions or its partners and may not be reproduced without written permission. Partner brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Quotes prepared through this site or following a consultation are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Bookings made online (consultations, service calls, room design) are confirmed by email; prices shown are in Canadian dollars and applicable taxes are added. Each installation project is governed by the written quote or service agreement that accompanies it, which prevails over this page in case of conflict.
Liability and applicable law
The information on this site is provided for general information purposes and may be modified at any time. HT Solutions makes every effort to keep it accurate but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, HT Solutions cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of this site. Equipment we install remains covered by the manufacturers' warranties, in addition to the service warranty described in your agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
