Delivery included in your project
HT Solutions is an integrator, not an online store: the equipment we sell is normally delivered and installed by our own team as part of your project. Unless your quote states otherwise, delivery to your site is included in the project price for the Greater Montreal area and the South Shore. For projects elsewhere in Quebec, travel and delivery costs are detailed in the quote.
Timelines and communication
Delivery times depend on manufacturer availability. Most standard equipment is received within one to three weeks; specialized items can take longer. We confirm the schedule when your order is placed and keep you informed of any backorder or delay, along with the options available. Installation dates are then planned with you to minimize disruption to your operations.
Receiving your equipment
In most cases our technicians receive, inspect and install the equipment for you, so you have nothing to check on delivery. If equipment is shipped directly to your site, please report any visible damage or missing item within 48 hours at info@htsolutions.ca or 1-877-919-5757 so we can resolve it with the carrier or the manufacturer.
