What changes the price
Room size and shape
The longer the table, the more microphones and speakers it takes for everyone to be heard.
Number and size of displays
A 98-inch display costs far more than two 65-inch ones. We size displays to the distance of the farthest seat.
Audio pickup
A video bar is enough in a small room; a large room needs ceiling microphones and audio processing.
Cabling and construction
Closed walls, a glass room, a concrete floor: running cables can be a large share of the work.
Control and extras
Door booking panel, lighting and shades, wireless sharing, a second camera.
Number of rooms
Equipping several identical rooms costs less per room: same design, same programming.
Base version (LT) or high-end (HT)?
Our quotes often offer two versions. The LT version gives a reliable, certified room at the prices above. The HT version adds better pickup (ceiling microphones), a smarter camera, larger displays or more advanced control, and usually costs 10% to 50% more.

Frequently asked questions
Do the prices include installation?
Yes. The ranges include equipment, installation, platform configuration and training, before taxes.
Why a range and not a fixed price?
Every room is different: dimensions, walls, ceiling, existing cabling. A 20-minute call is often enough to narrow the price, and the site visit confirms it.
How long does installation take?
One to two days on site for a typical room. The large flexible room in Brossard was delivered in two days, training included.
Can we reuse our current display?
Often, yes, if it is large enough and in good condition. The 3D configurator even has an “I already have my TV” option.
Do you quote several rooms?
Yes, room by room, with a price per room and an LT and HT version when useful.
